Bolivian president hopes to sign $1.2 bln deal with Gazprom in Nov

SUCRE, Aug 16 (PRIME) -- Bolivian President Evo Morales expects Russian President Vladimir Putin to visit Bolivia in November to partake in the signing of a U.S. $1.224 billion deal with gas giant Gazprom, Morales told reporters on Thursday.

“We hope that we will sign a contract with Russian company Gazprom, together with the president of Russia, with investment of $1.224 billion in the Chuquisaca Department,” he said.
